PAID ADVERTISING

Put your advertising budget behind a clear offer.

We plan and manage paid campaigns around the customers you want, the action you need them to take, and the evidence that tells us whether the advertising is useful.

Decide what the campaign needs to accomplish.

A business looking for emergency service calls needs a different campaign from a store introducing a new product. One is responding to an immediate search; the other may need to create interest and explain why the product matters. We clarify that distinction before recommending a platform or dividing a budget.

We ask about the offer, customer value, sales process, geographic reach, and the capacity to respond. We also review what has already been tried. If a campaign generated inquiries that the business could not serve, that is useful evidence about targeting, messaging, or qualification. It should influence the next plan.

The proposal identifies the campaign scope, management work, creative needs, destination pages, and any measurement dependencies. Media spend is separate from our fee and is approved before launch. Your business retains ownership of its advertising accounts.

Choose the channel for the buying situation.

Search advertising.

Google Ads management can connect an offer with people actively searching for it. We work on search themes, exclusions, geographic settings, ad copy, and the page those ads lead to. The intent behind a query matters more than whether the phrase sounds broadly related to your business.

Paid social.

Meta advertising introduces or reinforces an offer through creative and audience selection. We plan distinct messages and formats so the campaign tests an idea, rather than a collection of cosmetic variations. Organic social can support the same story, but publishing posts and managing paid campaigns are separate tasks.

Professional audiences.

LinkedIn advertising can suit an offer aimed at particular professional roles or organizations. It needs a clear understanding of the buying group, the value of an inquiry, and the follow-up process. A form submission from a job title is not automatically a sales-ready opportunity.

Product discovery.

For stores, Shopping and Performance Max work begins with product information, availability, margins, and measurement. The campaign needs an accurate feed and a useful store experience before broader distribution becomes meaningful.

Build the destination alongside the ads.

A relevant click can still be wasted if the landing page changes the subject. We check whether the page repeats the offer, answers likely objections, and provides a workable next step on a phone. If the campaign promotes one service, visitors should not have to search a broad homepage to find it.

Our landing page design and ad creative services can be included when those pieces need work. We agree ownership of copy, visual assets, approvals, and technical implementation so campaign launch does not depend on an unassigned task.

Check what counts as a conversion.

We define the actions the campaign is meant to support before reviewing performance. A page visit, a clicked phone number, a submitted inquiry, and an accepted job represent different stages. If a platform reports all of them as equally valuable, its headline result can be misleading.

Where access and systems allow, we test the chosen tracking events and compare them with the business’s records. We discuss attribution limitations and avoid sending sensitive customer information into advertising tools. The measurement plan should be useful enough to guide decisions without pretending it captures every interaction.

What ongoing management involves.

After launch, we review the available query, audience, placement, creative, and conversion evidence for the campaign type. We look for mismatches: searches for services you do not offer, popular ads that attract unsuitable inquiries, or locations beyond your coverage. Those findings can lead to exclusions, revised copy, different creative, or a better destination.

We also ask your team what happened after the inquiry. Was the prospect reachable? Did the request fit? Was there capacity to take the job? That feedback can change our interpretation of the platform data. Optimization should follow the complete business picture as closely as the available evidence allows.

Budget adjustments are discussed with the reason behind them. More spend is one possible action; fixing the offer or allowing an experiment more time may be more sensible. The review should make that choice understandable.

Questions about paid campaign management.

Can you take over our existing campaigns?

Yes. We review account history, tracking, creative, and the current structure before making changes. Useful existing work should be preserved. We explain any substantial restructuring and the uncertainty it may introduce.

What budget do we need?

We scope that after understanding the market, platform, offer, and learning needed. We do not publish a universal package price. The proposal separates media spend, management, production, and any third-party costs so you can judge the total commitment.

Can we launch before the website is finished?

Only if there is a suitable destination and a functioning contact or purchase route. A focused campaign page may be enough for a defined offer. We would check those essentials before recommending paid traffic.

Will advertising guarantee leads or sales?

No. We can commit to the agreed work and transparent management, while outcomes also depend on demand, competition, the offer, and follow-up. Tell us what you want to promote, and we can recommend a campaign with a clear purpose and review plan.
